Behind the Cake ~ Chocolate ganache cake step by step video tutorial
Instructions
  1. 1. Chop your chocolate or use chocolate chips
  2. 2. In a microwavable bowl place the chocolate and the cream.
  3. 3. Microwave it for 1 minutes and let it rest for another minute.
  4. 4. Microwave it 30 seconds and let it rest for one minute. Start stirring carefully. Repeat this step about 2 more times until the chocolate and cream are well combined.
  5. 5. Mix the ganache with a stick mixer to get rid of any chocolate lumps.
  6. Cover with plastic film and refrigerate overnight before ganaching your cakes.
