- 2 lbs Fresh Strawberries You can use frozen fruit too
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
- Wash and rinse the strawberries. Remove the stem and leafs before dicing the into small pieces.
- Place a pot on the stove at medium heat.
- Place the strawberries, sugar, water and lemon juice in the pot and stir.
- Let the mixture boil. Stir often until you get the desire consistency. The goal is to remove the water from the mixture.
- Use a hand held blender to puree the mixture. Let it cool down and serve.
