Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter 2 sticks
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup crushed candy cane peppermint flavor

Instructions
- 1. Cream brown sugar, white sugar and butter in a mixing bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Keep aside.
- 3. Crush the candy canes to small pieces and set aside.
- 4. Add the eggs and the vanilla to the creamed butter until well combined.
- 5. Add the flour mixture to the creamed butter until you get a smooth dough.
- Mix in the chocolate chips and the candy cane pieces and mix all together.
- Using a tablespoon scoop the dough to form balls and place them in a baking sheet about 2 inches apart from each other.
- Bake the cookies at 350 F for about 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool. Enjoy!
